We accept returns of all unopened, unused and undamaged products no later than 14 days following receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs for both ways with insurance to make sure product is back to us safely and securely.
Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used products (for hygienic reasons). Because of this, we highly recommend researching the product that you are interested in before purchasing. Feel free to contact us before placing an order.
If customer refused the packages for any other reasons, there may be a 15% restocking fee along with shipping charge.
Before you ship product(s) back, make sure to contact us. When returning an order or products, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number and the reason for the return.
Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.
For order cancellation requests, please use our “Contact Us” with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
