Warranty & Returns
We accept returns of all unopened, unused and undamaged products and e-liquids no later than 14 days following receipt of your order. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs for both ways with insurance to make sure product is back to us safely and securely. For order cancellation requests, please use our “Contact Us” with the Title “Cancel Request: Order #”. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
