We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 within the United States. International destinations normally do not qualify for our free shipping offer. We typically ship via USPS or FedEx.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

We mostly ship orders without Signature Guarantee Service (Signature NOT Required upon Delivery). At checkout, you may add a note asking Signature Guarantee Service for your order; not doing so, the customer assumes the risk of non-receipt if the shipping carrier can establish that the order was delivered to the shipping address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed through the shipping company.

REFUSAL OR LIMIT OF SERVICE
Due to the nature of internet sales, we reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone. If you feel your refusal of Service was unnecessary, please contact our Customer Service team at support@buydelta8.com.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

Please note that when you buy something from within the United States, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and possibly brokerage and handling fees when shipping to a destination outside the United States. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.

DISCREET BILLING & SHIPPING

To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The name that appears on your billing statement will not reference any particular product. Billing will be listed as Buy Delta 8.

Note: Couriers (FedEx, UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent via U.S. Mail.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are always determined based on the weight and size of the outgoing package. Please note that Domestic & International rates are subject to change without notice.
